• 1.  Tenant Find : For a nominal fee, paid in advance, we will actively market your property until a suitable tenant has been found. Viewings, administration, contracts, check-in/out etc are all left to the landlord to complete.
• 2.  Let Only : For the more experienced landlord. We will carry out viewings and on finding a suitable tenant, with your approval, reference them, collect 1 months rent in advance and Damage Deposit (equivalent to 1 months rent), draft the tenancy agreement and arrange signing of the same on the specified move in day.
• 3.  Rent Collection : As with let only but we will also collect and forward monthly rents to your designated bank account.
• 4.  Full Management : Treewood Property Services will take care of all aspects of renting your property. Such duties will include finding the tenant, arranging inventories, obtaining valid Gas Safety Certificates and Energy Performance Certificates, setting up standing orders for rent payments, carrying out essential maintenance where required and forwarding rents to landlord.
